ROME RENE PRO W27

$649.95

Rene Rinnekangas rides with the kind of creativity that can't really be taught. Built to match that energy, the all-new Rome Rene Pro Snowboard is a board for riders who believe creativity and commitment belong in the same sentence. A powerful cambered directional twin designed around Rene's unique blend of creativity, speed, and complete disregard for the obvious line. Carbon Omega HotRods, Flax Impact Plates, and Twin Flax sidewall reinforcement provide the backbone for massive sends and high-speed commitments, while the directional twin shape keeps the door open for whatever idea comes next. The bigger the idea, the more at home the Rene Pro feels.

Rocker Type:

Stay Positive Camber: Powerful and predictable; tried-and-true camber.

Flex:

Flex Rating: 9 (1 Playful - 10 Precise)

Shape:

Directional Twin: Boards with slightly longer noses than tails, that feature symmetrical camber profiles. Directional Twin boards are well-suited for riding switch and all-mountain marauding.

Radial Sidecut: Tried and true single radius sidecut. Reliable and consistent, this sidecut style supports every type of rider through all terrain.

Core:

Flax Impact Plates: Flax Impact Plates are woven flax mats that are housed around the board’s insert packs, sandwiched between the core and topsheet. This horizontal layup works to withstand deep landings, distribute impact in variable conditions and increase the board’s overall lifespan without dramatically changing the board’s flex.

Carbon Omega HotRods: Omegas are sleeves of carbon that are wrapped around the HotRods, forming the shape of the Greek Omega. Omegas provide additional lines of carbon-fueled pop and responsiveness to a board. Other-worldly response with our most powerful snap.

Laminates:

Twin Flax Walls: Twin Flax Walls are used in freestyle-oriented boards to provide strength in the nose and tail, helping to load ollies and absorb deep landings at high speeds.

Base:

SinterSpeed Base: Premium sintered base built for optimal performance and high-speed riding.

Binding Compatibility:

2 x 4 Insert Pattern
