Refund policy

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

 

To be eligible, items must be:

 

    • In the same condition as received

    • Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


IN-STORE PURCHASES

We offer a 10-day exchange policy. Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange.

    • Exchanges only

    • No cash, credit card, or debit refunds

    • Exchanges must be completed within 10 days of purchase

    • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange


Online Purchases

We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving items. 

  • No refunds to original payment method

  • Store credit only

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • 5% restocking fee applies

  • No returns on final sale items



How to Start a Return (Online Orders Only)

To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us at sales@boardofprovo.com

 

Approved returns must be sent to:

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit.


Damages & Order Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@boardofprovo.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

 

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us prior to purchase.


Exchanges

 

For in-store purchases, exchanges may be completed directly in store (subject to availability).

 

For online orders, approved returns will be issued store credit, which can be used to place a new order.



Store Credit Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved returns will be issued store credit via email, typically within 10 business days.
